Take action this September in the fight against hunger. Hunger Action Month is a time when hunger advocates across our nation work to raise awareness of the nearly 50 million Americans facing hunger. FBSJ will be coordinating and participating in events throughout the month to encourage the communities around us to make a charitable difference. Look for more details on our website, foodbanksj.org.
Dine Out for Hunger is a region-wide public awareness and fundraising campaign for Hunger Action Month. It unities restaurants, consumers and the Food Bank of South Jersey (FBSJ) in an effort to highlight the global issue of hunger that affects our local community.
Restaurants will donate at least 10% of the proceeds to the Food Bank of South Jersey so that the organization will continue to feed children, families, seniors and veterans in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Salem counties. Learn More.
