The Young Philanthropists Network is the pre-eminent program to honor existing and emerging community leaders for their civic engagement and to provide networking opportunities with like-minded individuals.
The FBSJ Young Philanthropists Network is composed of upwardly mobile business professionals under the age of 40 in the South Jersey area who want to make a difference in their community by undertaking a fundraising campaign to benefit local food-insecure children. Honorees will also have the option to join a community service project where they will personally make a difference in the lives of hungry children.
A typical Young Philanthropists Network honoree has already made substantial contributions to civic, business and cultural endeavors in the region — but wants to do more to give back. Honorees are either nominated by a peer or may nominate themselves.
This program helps more than 5,000 local children who in the summer, when school is out, may not know where their next meal is coming from. Participants who meet our fundraising goals are honored at an awards ceremony and will be featured in a social media campaign and editorial piece in a local business publication.
