SUMMARY:Project Healthy Bones
DESCRIPTION:*THIS IS A 24-WEEK PROGRAM* FBSJ is hosting Project Healthy Bones at the Center Health Wellness & Nutrition on Tuesdays from 10 AM – 12 PM\, beginning May 5.  The class provides education and a series of stretching\, balance\, and strength exercises to help preserve bone mass and prevent falls and fractures.  At the end of the class\, participants are provided with hand and ankle weights to continue the exercises at home. \nSIGN UP HERE\nParking is available in the lot in front of the building and FBSJ staff will be available to escort you into the building. Please wear comfortable clothes.  Participants will be sent a medical approval form to be filled out by a physician and turned in on the first day of class. \nIf you have any questions regarding the program\, please reach out to Adam Bricketto\, 856-651-8374. \nTransportation is also available via a Pennsauken Industrial Park Shuttle that picks up passengers at the Riverline Pennsauken Park & Ride station.
