SUMMARY:Project Healthy Bones
DESCRIPTION:*THIS IS A 24-WEEK PROGRAM* FBSJ is hosting Project Healthy Bones at the Center Health Wellness & Nutrition on Tuesdays from 10 AM – 12 PM\, beginning May 5.  The class provides education and a series of stretching\, balance\, and strength exercises to help preserve bone mass and prevent falls and fractures.  At the end of the class\, participants are provided with hand and ankle weights to continue the exercises at home. \nSIGN UP HERE\nParking is available in the lot in front of the building and FBSJ staff will be available to escort you into the building. Please wear comfortable clothes.  Participants will be sent a medical approval form to be filled out by a physician and turned in on the first day of class. \nIf you have any questions regarding the program\, please reach out to Adam Bricketto\, 856-651-8374. \nTransportation is also available via a Pennsauken Industrial Park Shuttle that picks up passengers at the Riverline Pennsauken Park & Ride station. DESCRIPTION:*For those working in the restaurant industry or want to break into food service.* \nThe Food Bank of South Jersey is hosting the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe Food Protection Manager Training at our Center for Health Wellness and Nutrition Thursday\, June 25 – Friday\, June 26\, 2026.  It will take place over two half days with an opportunity to take the exam at the end.  The class\, book\, and exam materials are FREE of charge.  A workbook for the program will be mailed to you after you have registered. \nSIGN UP HERE\nParking is available in the lot in front of the building.  You can ring the bell at the main entrance and front desk staff will let you in and show you to the conference room where the training will be held.  Light refreshments will be provided. \nIf you have any questions prior to the day of the training\, please reach out to Adam Bricketto at abricketto@foodbanksj.org or at 856-651-8374.
