Apple Oat Energy Bites

- 1 cup apple sauce
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or nut butter
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
In a blender, or mixing bowl, combine applesauce, raisins, and peanut butter
Add the rolled oats and cinnamon and mix until combined
Roll the mixture into balls and place on a large plate or tray. If the mixture becomes too sticky, you can wet your hands
Refrigerate bites for at least 30 minutes
They can keep in the fridge for up to 4 days or can be frozen for longer
