- 1 can (7 oz) canned tuna
- 3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans
- 5 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Open the can of tuna, drain and pour into a bowl. Break up with a fork
Stir in the onions and beans
Season to your liking. Add olive oil and vinegar
Mix thoroughly
Serve at room temperature or cold
Refrigerate any leftovers
