Simple tuna and white bean salad, a classic combination and so easy to make!

  • 1 can (7 oz) canned tuna
  • 3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion 
  • 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans 
  • 5 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil 
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 


  • Open the can of tuna, drain and pour into a bowl. Break up with a fork 
  • Stir in the onions and beans
  • Season to your liking. Add olive oil and vinegar
  • Mix thoroughly 
  • Serve at room temperature or cold 
  • Refrigerate any leftovers
