Tuna and White Bean Salad
Simple tuna and white bean salad, a classic combination and so easy to make!
Ingredients
Vegetables
- 1 can (7 oz) canned tuna
- 3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans
- 5 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Open the can of tuna, drain and pour into a bowl. Break up with a fork
- Stir in the onions and beans
- Season to your liking. Add olive oil and vinegar
- Mix thoroughly
- Serve at room temperature or cold
- Refrigerate any leftovers
