The Food Bank of South Jersey exists to provide an immediate solution to the urgent problem of hunger by providing food to people in need.

In 1985, the Food Bank of South Jersey joined in the fight against hunger. Today, FBSJ is the leader in providing nutritional food to people in need throughout the South Jersey region. In 2023, the FBSJ distributed more than 22 million pounds of food – that’s the equivalent of 18.4 million meals shared with the community in just one year.
