Volunteer to help end hunger in South Jersey! #LiveLocalGiveLocal

The Food Bank of South Jersey was started by a group of dedicated volunteers, and today volunteers continue to help us feed hungry people in South Jersey. Each year, close to 10,000 volunteers join us to help people in need.

We accept individuals, families, groups, and those needing to fulfill required or community service hours. All volunteers must be scheduled in advance. No volunteer opportunities are currently offered on weekends or evenings. Volunteers must be over 13 and volunteers under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Individuals and families must attend a mandatory volunteer orientation.

Be sure to wear comfortable shoes with a closed toe (very important!). If you cannot make it to a scheduled volunteer time, just email Volunteer Services, or call them at (856) 662-4884. If you are bringing children 15 years or younger, you must apply as a family. Anyone 16 or older may apply as an individual and come by themselves.
