celery stalk

seedless red grapes or dried cranberries

mayonnaise
pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
Rinse chickpeas, grapes, and celery
Lightly mash chickpeas
Chop celery and grapes
Combine ingredients in large bowl with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper
Chill in refrigerator
Enjoy!

Chef's Notes: Try it on salads, in a wrap, or as a dip. Also, try adding walnuts to the mixture.
