No Chicken Chick'n Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz can of Chickpeas
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 3 oz seedless red grapes or dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Rinse chickpeas, grapes, and celery 
  • Lightly mash chickpeas​
  • Chop celery and grapes​
  • Combine ingredients in large bowl with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper​
  • Chill in refrigerator​
  • Enjoy!​

Notes

Chef's Notes: Try it on salads, in a wrap, or as a dip. Also, try adding walnuts to the mixture.
