No Chicken Chick'n Salad
Ingredients
- 15 oz can of Chickpeas
- 1 celery stalk
- 3 oz seedless red grapes or dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Rinse chickpeas, grapes, and celery
- Lightly mash chickpeas
- Chop celery and grapes
- Combine ingredients in large bowl with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper
- Chill in refrigerator
- Enjoy!
Notes
Chef's Notes: Try it on salads, in a wrap, or as a dip. Also, try adding walnuts to the mixture.
