To ensure we receive and properly acknowledge your generous contribution, please follow these simple steps:

- Initiate the Transfer with Your Broker

Once we’ve received your completed form and our stockbroker confirms the donation of securities, we’ll send you an official letter of acknowledgment for your records and tax purposes.

The Food Bank of South Jersey is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt organization under the provisions of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Under the direction of the Board of Trustees, the Food Bank of South Jersey retains complete control over the use and distribution of unrestricted donated funds in furtherance of its mission.
