Food Bank of South Jersey announces COO, CDO
The Food Bank of South Jersey has elevated two employees to executive positions. On Friday, FBSJ announced Charles Hosier as chief operating officer and Lavinia Awosanya as chief development officer. The promotions took effect March 1.

The promotions took effect March 1.
Hosier, who previously served as director of operations, will be responsible for overseeing operations for the organization, including employee and food safety compliance, inventory control, distribution, programs and services, health and wellness and food procurement.
Prior to joining FBSJ, the organization said Hosier served as general manager for an unnamed food processing company in South Jersey.
As CDO, Awosanya will lead fund development, marketing and community relations strategy in addition to overseeing major gift cultivation and providing general oversight for developmental and volunteer activities.
Awosanya has been with FBSJ since 2014 when she joined as manager of special events. She most recently served as director of strategic partnerships.
Pennsauken- based FBSJ distributes food to people in need throughout South Jersey.
