Apple Oat Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup apple sauce
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or nut butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, or mixing bowl, combine applesauce, raisins, and peanut butter
  • Add the rolled oats and cinnamon and mix until combined
  • Roll the mixture into balls and place on a large plate or tray. If the mixture becomes too sticky, you can wet your hands
  • Refrigerate bites for at least 30 minutes
  • They can keep in the fridge for up to 4 days or can be frozen for longer
