Apple Oat Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup apple sauce
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or nut butter
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a blender, or mixing bowl, combine applesauce, raisins, and peanut butter
- Add the rolled oats and cinnamon and mix until combined
- Roll the mixture into balls and place on a large plate or tray. If the mixture becomes too sticky, you can wet your hands
- Refrigerate bites for at least 30 minutes
- They can keep in the fridge for up to 4 days or can be frozen for longer
