- 1 avocado, sliced thin
- 2 eggs
- 1 oz sun dried tomato pesto
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- ¼ tsp sea salt

- Prepare 2 eggs
- Toast slices of whole grain bread
- Spread sun dried tomato pesto on toasted bread
- Place avocado slices on top of pesto
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes and sea salt
