He streamlines reporting and accelerates month-end close processes, often introducing executive dashboards and management reporting packages that provide essential insights to leadership teams. At Marketing G2, he prepared the company for a strategic sale by recalculating the cost of goods sold, restating income statements, and overseeing all due diligence efforts. At Gap International, he cut days-to-close by half and drove a 15% rise in net income through enhanced financial visibility and data-driven decision-making.
