Move Today

The Food Bank of South Jersey is hosting the Camden County Department of Health and Human Services for a six-week Move Today program. This evidence-backed program is for older adults and is designed to help improve balance, posture, muscle strength, and flexibility. Will run from February 2 – March 16, with NO class on 2/16.
Upon registration, participants will be asked to fill out the “participant agreement form.” There is also a “medical release form,” that participants must give to their primary physician to fill out prior the first date of class. The Food Bank of South Jersey can provide assistance with faxing the medical release form as well.
