Flourless Banana Nut Pancakes

  • 2 medium, rip bananas
  • 4 tbsp quick oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp chopped pecans


  • Mash bananas with a fork in a medium bowl until smooth.
  • Add egg and oats and mix well.
  • Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium low heat.
  • Pour batter on the skillet and top with pecans.
  • Cook about 3 to 4 minutes, flip and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until golden.
  • Serve and top with your favorite fruit.
