Flourless Banana Nut Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 medium, rip bananas
- 4 tbsp quick oats
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tbsp chopped pecans
Instructions
- Mash bananas with a fork in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Add egg and oats and mix well.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium low heat.
- Pour batter on the skillet and top with pecans.
- Cook about 3 to 4 minutes, flip and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until golden.
- Serve and top with your favorite fruit.
