Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 med jalapeño pepper finely chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet onion finely chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro finely chopped, stem removed
- 2 mango peeled, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a pan over medium heat , sauté the pepper and garlic until tender.
- In a bowl, mix together the tomatoes, jalapeño, and salt
- Then mix in the garlic, onion, cilantro, and mango.
- Enjoy!
