  • 1 med jalapeño pepper finely chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion finely chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro finely chopped, stem removed
  • 2 mango peeled, finely chopped


  • In a pan over medium heat , sauté the pepper and garlic until tender. 
  • In a bowl, mix together the tomatoes, jalapeño, and salt
  • Then mix in the garlic, onion, cilantro, and mango.
  • Enjoy!
