Pear and Feta Cheese Pizza
Ingredients
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ball pizza dough (for one pizza)
- ¼ cup + 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 cups baby spinach, tightly packed
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- 2 pears, thinly sliced
- ½ cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500ºF.
- Gently wilt the spinach in 2 tsp of olive oil over medium heat (About 2 mins), with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Remove the pan from heat.
- Lightly dust a clean countertop with flour. Roll the pizza dough to the thinness of your preference. Place the pizza crust on baking sheet.
- Lightly brush pizza crust with olive oil.
- Sprinkle ½ cup of mozzarella cheese on the crust, followed by the cooked spinach and the pear slices. Sprinkle the feta cheese over the pizza. Bake the pizza for 10-12 mins.
