Pear and Feta Cheese Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ball pizza dough (for one pizza)
  • ¼ cup + 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 cups baby spinach, tightly packed
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • 2 pears, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 500ºF. 
  • Gently wilt the spinach in 2 tsp of olive oil over medium heat (About 2 mins), with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Remove the pan from heat. 
  • Lightly dust a clean countertop with flour. Roll the pizza dough to the thinness of your preference. Place the pizza crust on baking sheet.
  • Lightly brush pizza crust with olive oil. 
  • Sprinkle ½ cup of mozzarella cheese on the crust, followed by the cooked spinach and the pear slices. Sprinkle the feta cheese over the pizza. Bake the pizza for 10-12 mins.
