The Food Bank of South Jersey is proud of our stewardship of the donations we receive. Thanks to our network of providers, the Food Bank is able to purchase, procure, and transport food at a cost that is significantly less than food purchased at retail prices.
In 2024, we distributed more than 23 million pounds of food – the equivalent of 19.5 million meals – to children, families, seniors, and veterans in South Jersey.

Please note our CEO compensation process: Our CEO’s compensation is reviewed annually by the Food Bank of South Jersey’s Board of Trustees. Any compensation adjustment is based on the financial performance of the organization, performance of the CEO, and in keeping with comparable compensation and practices for the same position at non-profit organizations of our size and scope within the region.
