SERVING AT PANDEMIC LEVELS: WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
In recent months, we’ve been using the term “serving at pandemic levels.” What does that mean?
During the pandemic, in the middle of the economic downturn, we served more than 95,000 neighbors a month. As we continue to deal with record inflation and high food prices, distributions through our agency partners and our direct distribution programs are hitting those levels once again. Some recent months have even surpassed 100,000 neighbors! We will continue to work nonstop to make sure that none of our neighbors go to bed hungry.
