Vegetarian Chili
This simple vegetarian chili recipe tastes incredible! It's easy to make with basic pantry ingredients, vegetables and spices.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 oz.) beans
- 1 can (15 oz.) green beans
- 1 can (15 oz.) corn
- 1 package (1 ¼ oz.) chili seasoning
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the canned items thoroughly
- Put the beans, corn, chili seasoning, and water in the pot over medium-high heat
- Stir for one minute, then add the tomato sauce
- Stir for another 3 minutes, then add green beans
- Stir and let simmer on medium low heat for 2 minutes or until completely heated through
- Serve warm with any of your favorite toppings
