Have you ever had to assemble a dinner out of what’s left in an almost bare cupboard or fridge – perhaps a box of pasta, some leftover greens and fruit?

That’s the challenge posed to the teams who sign up for The Food Bank of South Jersey’s Hunger Games competition on April 28.

If you love to binge watch food competitions, you’ll appreciate the spirit of the Food Bank event, which challenges teams from area companies to face off in a culinary smackdown, using only items that would typically found in a food donation box.
