Product Recall: Ham, Half Fully Cooked 6Pk
On 12/14/21, FBSJ was notified of a recall of Hams, Half Fully Cooked 6 pk. FBSJ distributed two products involved in the recall. These products were received by many, but not all sites.
There has been a recall for:
State Food (SFPP) Hams, Half Fully Cooked 6 pk.
Purchased (COOP) Hams, Half Fully Cooked 6 pk.
Distributed beginning in July 2021
FBSJ is instructing all agencies and direct service sites to dispose of all remaining amounts (cases and individual units) of these two products that are being stored.
FBSJ is also instructing all agencies and direct service sites to instruct clients using signage at upcoming distributions to dispose of all remaining amounts (cases and/or individual units) that clients may have stored. Attached is signage that can be used to instruct clients to dispose of this product.
